Job Description

· Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.

· Ensure visitors are signed in and directed appropriately.

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

· Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.

Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Coordinate outgoing correspondence.

· Book appointments or meeting rooms as needed.

· Maintain visitor and meeting logs

Job Requirements
Knowledge of ministry, nonprofit, or governmental operations is an advantage
