1. Design and Implementation of Performance Frameworks
● Develop comprehensive performance monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for all departmental programs and initiatives.
● Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Department’s strategic goals and unit-level objectives.
● Define reporting requirements, frequencies, and templates for program teams and units.
● Work with Unit Heads to integrate performance tracking into their daily operations.
2. Data Collection and Analysis
● Design and manage tools (surveys, dashboards, trackers) for collecting operational and programmatic data.
● Consolidate data from all units for department-wide analysis.
● Identify trends, variances, and performance gaps through detailed data analysis.
● Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
3. Reporting and Communication
● Prepare high-quality weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for:
❖ General Manager
❖ Head of Department
❖ Stakeholders such as AMDL or Ministry leadership
● Design visual dashboards and summaries to communicate complex data in user-friendly formats.
● Draft executive summaries highlighting key achievements, risks, and recommendations.
● Respond promptly to ad hoc data and reporting requests from leadership.
4. Program and Operational Monitoring
● Support monitoring of flagship programs such as ERP, LTIS, TSGI, BEGI, and others, tracking progress against set KPIs.
● Attend program planning meetings to understand deliverables and reporting needs.
● Flag emerging issues or delays in program execution and recommend corrective actions.
