1. Strategic Business Development a. Lead the design and execution of initiatives that enable the growth, scalability, and internationalization of SBOs. b. Develop strategies to support new market entry, innovation adoption, and revenue growth for businesses within LoveWorld Nation. c. Use data and business analysis to determine new business opportunities locally and internationally. d. Execute end-to-end business development of new ideas from framework development to market entry and growth.
2. Collaboration with Strategic Business Organizations (SBOs) a. Serve as the primary liaison between the Department and registered SBOs across all industries. b. Coordinate needs assessments and develop bespoke growth plans tailored to each SBO’s stage and sector. c. Facilitate onboarding of SBOs into programs like TSGI, BEGI, LTIF, and AgroGlobal Connect d. Provide hands-on advisory support, mentorship connections, and access to development resources.
3. Initiatives and Program Leadership
a. Lead and manage business development components of strategic initiatives and programs, such as: ● Loveworld Ecommerce ● Loveworld Commerce Registry ● Market Intelligence Hub ● Business Boost Campaign ● Loveworld Trade & Investment Forum ● Business Expansion & Growth Initiative ● Export Readiness Program ● Tech Startup Growth Initiative
b. Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts Unit to structure and monitor SBO access to: ● Venture Capital funding and Angel Investors. ● Government and donor-funded grants. ● Business-friendly loans and credit facilities. ● Provide financial literacy resources and investment-readiness training to participating SBOs.
c. Capacity Building & Advisory ● Oversee the development and delivery of business advisory clinics, workshops, and masterclasses. ● Work with the Market Intelligence Hub (MIH) to provide market data, trends, and competitor analysis to SBOs.
d. Partnership and Ecosystem Development ● Cultivate strategic alliances with local and international partners, including accelerators, development agencies, chambers of commerce, and research institutions. ● Represent the Department in investment roundtables, trade summits, and policy development forums.
