Job Description

i.       Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating documentation).

ii.     Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.

iii.    Support onboarding and induction of new staff.

iv.    Help implement HR policies and ensure staff compliance.

v.      Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and performance records.

vi.    Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.

vii.   Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.

viii. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage internal communications.

ix.    Support documentation and communication for staff events or training.

x.     Liaise with vendors, visitors, and external contacts as needed.

Job Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or office administration.
Experience in a structured organization or HR department is an advantage.
