1. Recruitment a. Establish a Job Description for the required talent gap within the department. b. Publish the job vacancies using the appropriate and approved medium. c. Select and profile qualified candidates for the next steps d. Schedule and conduct Interview rounds accordingly. e. Present final selections for the final assessment and onboarding process with AMDL.
2. Onboarding & Orientation f. Organize induction programs for new hires, interns, and volunteers. g. Provide orientation materials that align with department protocols and culture.
3. Training & Learning Execution a. Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions. b. Administer learning platforms, schedules, and feedback mechanisms. c. Track participation, completion, and effectiveness of training interventions.

5. Performance Support a. Assist in the administration of staff development plans, mentoring programs, and PDPs (Performance Development Plans). b. Maintain learning records and monitor training compliance.
6. Stakeholder Engagement a. Liaise with training vendors, external facilitators, and guest speakers. b. Coordinate logistics for workshops, conferences, and departmental learning days.
